My wheel like mansion is be shaped like a cross between a saucer and a wheel, with the outer rim being 1.5 levels… or a giant donute with creme filling. The outer “wall” of the outer rim is thick self-cleaning plexi-glass. Self cleaning in that the geothermal power plant runs D.I. water down both sides of the glass.
The outer rim is raised up 13 meters off the ground with thick large granite pillars. Outer side will be bedrooms, and the inner for bathrooms, game/living rooms, library, offices, studios, whatever else.
There will be two or three levels below underground. Basement levels will be for swimming pool with vents to let sunlight in. Garage. and a Geothermal power-plant. The electricity makes the supply of D.I. water.
The roof will be layered with photovoltiac cells. I know that “climate change” or whatever people want to call it {as caused by humans} is a myth. However I am a big fan of self-sufficiency and a house that sells power to the power-grid versus consuming it? is win-win in my book.
The central tower has four above ground levels to it. There will be three elevators in the mansion, hence a need for self-sufficiency. First floor is lobby/entrance, second floor is the common/living room, third floor is kitchen and dinning room, fourth floor is a religious area.
The geothermal power-plant is the central engine of the house’s heating and cooling systems. Both water and air are efficiently controlled thermally via the house’s Virtual Intelligence {V.I.} enhanced mainframe computer. There are seven backups, redundancies, and omni-functional components built into every critical function of the system.
There are three ‘spokes’ of this wheel that are hallways between the second floor of the central tower and the outer rim. In between on the ground will be a garden area outside. The thick granite pillars holding up the outer rim of the mansion will raise up from the ground from within this tranquil garden.
One of the pools in our garden will frame steps that take visitors down to the courtyard and maze.
All doors to the house are iris doors made from titanium and operated electronically by default. The house is smart and will open the doors automatically.
Hall and passage ways are tube like and padded in design. There are side LED strips of lights along the wall guiding someone to their destination like a rabbit. The house’s mainframe enables the house to be smarter and react to what the resident ‘wants’. The V.I. is sometimes able to predict what the resident wants.
This is the house I dream of living in daily now… I add/change details as time goes on. Yes I look forward to my wife enhancing the house with her own wants and desires. We are of very similar mind on most things though. We will just need to build a tall rock wall to keep voyeurs, perverts, and peeping toms out.
